Heavens Gate

Decided to make a somewhat copy of Papers Please for FZ Game Jam 2025.

"Story"

You are the angel at the gate responsible for the fate of the souls that want to enter heaven.

No one told the souls that there was only one heaven and hell but its up to you to sort them out!

How to play

Extract all documents from the folder for each soul, try to figure out if it should go to heaven or hell.

Be sure to clean up and add everything back in the folder when you are done for clean and secure procedures.

Then chose to send them to heaven with the gold bell or to hell with the red "fire" bell.

Make sure you pick it up and shake it mightely!

Keep doing this for a few more days and you win or lose or whatever you do...

Final words

Game is not really where I wanted to end up but having been sick for quite a few days I had to cut down on features etc.

Was fun to create a in game manual with clickable links and trying to bind together everything using Godot Resources as  much as possible.

All assets are created by me except for the fonts that are from Kenney.
